The one-time purchase adds AI credits and enables drafting and filing downloads for one invention. It does not include Patent Check.

How does Portfolio Studio work for a team?

Portfolio Studio covers up to three people. Teammates share monthly AI credits, and every team invention includes drafting, filing downloads and Patent Check at portfolio depth.

What are AI credits?

AI credits are used by extraction, suggestions, drafting and checks. The monthly allowance refreshes each calendar month.

Is the USPTO filing fee included?

No. You pay the provisional filing fee directly to the USPTO based on your entity status.

What happens when I cancel Portfolio Studio?

You can cancel at any time. Portfolio Studio remains active through the end of the billing month, with no refund for a partial month.
